The HRN Group is the first company to provide training for acquiring the Specified Skilled Worker visa and send workers from Nepal to Japan. Our group has a proven track record of successfully implementing the necessary training for the Specified Skilled Worker visa, and is composed of members who are particularly skilled at utilizing their experiences and knowledge gained in Japan. Among our founding members, three have passed the JLPT N1 (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).

The HRN Group includes various affiliated companies such as a Japanese language school, a sending organization, IT companies, and engineering firms. Our primary goal is to smoothly manage all processes related to Japan through the HRN Group, while introducing skilled workers to a wide range of Japanese companies. By doing so, we provide services that satisfy the needs of our partner companies in Japan.

To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any difficulties in living and working in Japan, we provide a three-month "HRN Special Course" before departure. Through this course, participants acquire the essential knowledge and skills needed before entering Japan. To date, we have successfully sent many skilled Nepali workers to various companies in Japan.
